Iraqi constitution - a model for NZ?

Bad news for liberal pessimists but good news for Iraq: Iraqi Shiites to Sign Constitution .

It would be deeply ironic if Iraq formulated a constitution agreed upon by their diverse ethnic and religious groups - which looks like what will happen - before NZ sorts out its constitutional problems with the Treaty. Maybe we could ask the evil neocons for some assistance. If they can make it work in Iraq.

And apparently Guantanamo is not quite the concentration camp the Left makes it out to be: Cuba? It was great, say boys freed from US prison camp.

Meanwhile Kerry would have ignored the advice of the French and gone into Haiti in a preventative action without UN approval. Sounds familiar. He also voted for the war but against making US reconstruction money a grant - he wanted the Iraqis to pay it back.
