The liberal case for Kerry

From Harry's Place:
Now I know the Bush campaign and its surrogates have been remarkably successful in portraying Kerry as an indecisive and spineless wimp when it comes to confronting the enemies of freedom. Part of the problem is that Kerry himself hasn't done enough to counter this impression.

Back in March, I posted some comments about a foreign policy speech by Kerry which I thought didn't get enough attention, and which-- to my mind-- went a long way to countering the spineless-wimp charge. Obviously others were less convinced.
