Graham Reid spreads some moore paranoia

Graham Reid on Craig Unger's book House of Bush, House of Saud
A year ago an extended article by Unger in that high-end glossy explored the dangerous liaison between the oil-rich cabals in Texas and Saudi Arabia.
I thought that according to the Left Bush was in the pocket of the Jews. Now they say he's in the pocket of the Saudis. Make up your minds please.

The essence of the story is that apparently it is wrong to do business with the Saudis. After all they are Arabs.

you might want to watch a documentary called "the world according to bush". it takes a *relatively* balanced view of the Bush/Saud/Bin Laden family relationship (among other things).
essentially it just demonstrates that all three families have had extensive ties since at least the 1980s. but trying to draw a cabalistic relation between them is a bit of a stretch.
as for the arab/bush relation, it's apparently no secret in washington that the saudi's received preferential treatment under the bushes (boom boom), until the country was almost backrupted by the first gulf war and then conveniently 'forgotten'.
as for being in someones pocket i believe the two relevant words are 'election' and 'funding'.
